This is the stunning component aquamarine nugget statement neckpiece. It is a one of a kind neckpiece. I love sourcing gemstones which have natural inclusions through them and choose stones that remind me of the landscapes and colours around me. I have designed a larger component style piece in the centre of the necklace and set it with a large green aquamarine nugget gemstone. Natural aquamarine gemstones come in a variety of colours from pale glacier and cloudy greens to clear sparkly and cloudy blues. I source my gemstones from ethical suppliers and this strand shows aquamarine in it’s natural colours. Each stone is a different shape and colour and I’m struggling to find more aquamarines like this so it is limited edition and there is not another necklace like this. This necklace is more green tones than blue but a few of the aquamarine nuggets have a subtle blue sparkle.
The Story –
This stunning neckpiece is made in the pretty seaside town of Tayport, just across the River Tay and only 5 mins drive from the V&A Dundee. My jewellery is made inside my garden studio which is also becoming an inspiration in my work. This particular silver necklace is a one off piece, inspired by architectural lines along the coast of Tayside and Fife, including the geometric angles from oil rigs and sails from the yachts in the harbour. I love to go for walks along the waters edge, taking inspiration from the different shapes, textures and forms of the rugged coastline. I love combing the beaches for unusual shaped rocks which is the influence to include the irregular shaped gemstones. I mainly use aquamarine, tourmalinated quartz, amethyst, but if there is a particular stone you would like me to set just get in touch.

Postage and Packaging –
Each piece is beautifully packaged in a branded black eco gift box with silver logo and can come with a gift bag if it is a gift and if requested when ordering. All pieces are securely packaged and sent by Special Delivery which royal mail guarantee next day delivery. You will need to be in to sign for your parcel. So no need to wrap your pieces as you can gift them in my branded gift box and bag.
As I am eco and environmentally conscious, I may reuse bubble wrap envelopes from time to time. I rebranded from Genna Design to Genna Delaney so you may receive packaging with the old logo but they still have my current contact details on them. This is to help the environment as I hate to waste packaging.
