This stunning, elegant, but architectural pendant/ necklace is from my newest collection called Fan as I feel the shapes remind me of little paper fans. The pendant is limited edition, made in 18ct gold plated silver. Inspired by walks in Ladybank forest, Fife, I was attracted to a tree trunk that was cut in an irregular way. The edges and layers of the cutting were different heights and textures and this inspired me to make this new collection, which consists of three different sizes.
This pendant is from the smallest of the shapes and has a thick 5 microns layer of 18ct gold plate which gives the lovely look of solid gold but without the high end price. I normally make these pieces in silver so the 18ct gold version is limited edition. The pendant has a slight imperfection on the back as I once had tubing on the back but I have adjusted it to make it into this stunning horizontal necklace. The chain is gold plated base metal chain which is reflected in the price. This is a one off sample piece and is reduced.
It comes in luxury recycled gift box with branded logo. If it is for a gift please specify in the order form comments at checkout as I can also provide a gift bag so you will not need to wrap the piece and it will help the environment.
