These long textured rectangle window drop earrings are handmade in silver and are inspired by the textures of the natural world, in particular the waves of the River Tay. When I worked in St. Andrews in a designer jewellery shop, I used to love traveling over the Tay Bridge looking at the little houses of Tayport and Newport. The cut out square represents a window in one of the houses. I thought how nice it would be to live across there and now I do, working from my summerhouse studio in the garden.
Each piece is individually hand pierced out from recycled silver sheet, which is textured then curved on a doming block. So variation of size and texture can occur from each set, making every set completely unique. Approximately 5cm x 1.2cm. If you would prefer these to curve the opposite way please get in touch to order your bespoke set. I can also make these flat sheet studs, just get in touch with your preference.
Lightweight and easy to wear. The hammered texture detail catches the light and sparkles.
They are packaged in a luxurious black gift box with silver Genna Delaney logo and come with a gift bag, so no need for wrapping. The perfect stocking filler and great for everyday wear.
Any pieces that say on back order are part of my signature collections and have to be made up to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks before dispatch.
