💎 Dundee Open Studios – The Jewellers Edition

I’m excited to be taking part in Dundee’s first Open Studios event funded by @creative_dundee and put together by @islayspalding and @ktnewjewellery

I’ve always been part of the creative community of Dundee. After graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 2006, I set up my studio in Dundee. Having a studio at Wasps, connected me with many artists and I loved opening my studio for their open studios weekends. But there are many artists and creatives throughout the whole city, who are based in various venues. However, Dundee has never had it’s own creative open studios showcasing all the different artist studios throughout Dundee. The Jewellers Edition is first to showcase all the jewellers of Dundee. We are part of the @dundeejewellerscollective

So even though that my studio is now based in Tayport, Fife, I feel grateful to be taking part in Dundee’s first Open Studios event as an invited artist in @ktnewjewellery beautiful Orangery Workshop on Clepington Road.

There are 10 venues throughout the city with 22 jewellers taking part.

My work will be for sale during both weekends but I will only be there selling my work on the weekend of 27/28th September.
