📰Press Feature – A story from the heart
I’m not going to lie, having a funeral for your own baby is the most brutal thing that you can go through. The past 3 years have been the most difficult in my personal and business life. I’m about to share a really personal, heart-breaking story, with you. I was recently interviewed by Sally McDonald from the Sunday Post to share my experience of baby loss. I was extremely scared to share the story and felt so vulnerable and emotional, especially with doing the interview on the day of our 3 year anniversary of losing Nathan.
I was featured in the Sunday Post today April 6th 2025 @sunday.post
and the Courier about the heartache and trauma that I went through with losing my two babies. But I haven’t let it break me and I want to help others who are going through grief and trauma through the art of jewellery.
A special thanks to Cally Nurse from @openstudiosnorthfife committee for submitting the press release and for Sally McDonald for interviewing me and writing our story.
It’s such a heart-breaking story, and I was a bit scared to share it with the world. But I want to help other women heal and give them hope that you can still find joy in life when you’ve been through such devastating news.
Making jewellery has been my meditation and art therapy. I want to help others heal by providing a safe place to come and take part in bespoke jewellery classes in my garden studio.
I also provided a revamping service of heirloom jewellery and can create a meaningful piece, especially for you that carries memories forever. ❤️
